Ever since the new patch I've been unable to use Legendary Weapon repair kits to repair Legendary Weapons. The repair kit is consumed but the weapon is not repaired. Anyone else having the same issue? EDIT: Loaded up a single player test save to explore the issue further, it looks like they're not working for me on normal weapons/tools as well. Simply drag the icon onto the weapon in need of repair in the inventory screen. After the Anniversary update I have found that killing any of the new bosses in UC they 100% drop a fragment of power, ALMOST always drop a Legendary Weapon repair kit, and about half the time they will drop one of the new legendary weapons or armor, the weapon and armor SEEM to be tied to the boss you kill, but I havent proven that by looking in the Dev kit or anything yet.
